Simple Pizza Quesadillas

Really simple lunch that is yummy in your tummy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tortillas
  • 4 Tbsp Pizza Topping
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Medium Mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Lay out the Tortilla onto a flat service
  • Cover the tortilla bread with the pizza sauce as even as you can - this is your pizza base
  • Add toppings directly onto the sauce. Be as creative as you like
  • Cover the toppings in cheese
  • Place on a non stick frying pan over medium heat. Wait until the cheese starts to melt.
  • Remove from the frying pan and add another tortilla to the top. Flip over and put back into the frying pan for approx 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Remove and serve!
