Simple and Easy Cupcakes

A very easy cupcake recipe that will not let you down. Easy to prep, easy to cook and the children will love decorating them.

Ingredients
  

  • 125 Grams Unsalted Butter at room temperature Makes it easier to mix
  • 125 Grams Self Raising Flour
  • 125 Grams Caster Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 Free Range Egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven 190C / 170C Fan / Gas 5, and prepare 12 cupcakes into a muffin tray
  • Add the butter and the sugar together in a mixing bowl. You want to make sure that it is nice a fluffy

  • Add the eggs, flour and the milk into the mixing bowl

  • Whisk together until you get a smooth batter

  • Using a spoon, put equal amounts of the batter into each of the cupcakes

  • Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the top begins to brown. Allow to cool on a cooling rack before decorating
